Announcements

Whitman-Hanson High School Band will be hosting a fundraiser at the McDonald's in Hanson on Thursday, February 7th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  McDonalda will donate twenty percent of the sales between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.  Special Flyers for this event must be presented at the time of purchase.  The flyers are available at Town Hall and can be downloaded from the website at www.hanson-ma.gov.

Green Hanson is launching the Green Business Initiative on Thursday, February 7th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 at Hanson Commons 620 County Road (formerly the East Bridgewater Savings Bank).  Network with other local businesses, share ideas for a greener workplace, access resources to help save energy and money.  RSVP to artsue45@hotmail.com or by calling 781-294-8840.  For additional information go to www.greenhanson.org.


The Whitman-Hanson China Exchange group will be hosting a~Skating~Party at the Carousel Family Amusement Center in Whitman on Wednesday, February 20th, from~12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.~ Entrance is only $5 entry~and roller skates rentals (if needed) are $3.~ Proceeds will help to send the WHRSD's first student delegation to China.
